I have never, ever made risotto before tonight, but the Pioneer Woman posted this recipe yesterday. I didn't really think much about it until today, and then it started sounding really yummy. I started craving it and made my trip to the grocery store a couple of days early so we could have this risotto tonight. With crumby (not crummy) chicken. And roasted asparagus.
Goat cheese is tasty. And melty. And cheesy. Mmmmmm.
Now we are craving chocolate for dessert.
